Day: Saturday (preferably during Shani Hora or Amavasya falling on Saturday)
Mantra:

ॐ प्रां प्रीं प्रौं सः शनैश्चराय नमः॥
Om Praam Preem Praum Sah Shanaiścharāya Namah

Steps:

1. Take a bath early on Saturday.

2. Clean the worship area with Ganga Jal.

3. Place a black cloth on a wooden chowki.

4. Place the Shani Yantra on it, facing west.

5. Offer mustard oil, black sesame (til), blue flowers, and incense.

6. Chant the above mantra 108 times.

7. Light a sesame oil diya near it.
